Internships, work in another region of Europe with Eurodyssée

Who: Anyone holding a diploma (secondary school or higher education) who wants to have a working experience abroad.

Age: From 18 to 30.

Type: Working experience abroad and work exchange between regions within the programme.

Placements: You can apply to a private company, a school, an organisation or an institute. The website of the programme provides job vacancies in each of the participating regions.

Type of contract: full-time basis (depending on the region and the job offers).

Duration of the contract: from 3 up to 7 months, depending on the hosting region.

Requirements to get a grant to work abroad in Europe:

  • The job vacancy you apply for must be related to your studies.
  • You must have at least a basic knowledge of the language of the region you are applying to.
  • You have to seek for job offers and apply online on the official website and at the regional agency of the region of your permanent residency.
  • Some regions might require a job interview with the agency and the company in the local language.

Travel expenses: Depending on each region the return ticket might be refunded.

Accommodation: During the first month, all Eurodyssée participants are hosted by the hosting region. Depending on the region, they either live in a hotel (all inclusive) or with host families. Afterwards it is to the responsibility of the participants to find accommodation, although they are usually assisted by the people in charge of the group.

Monthly allowance: the minimum monthly allowance will allow you to lead a comfortable life in the city where you are going.

Language classes: All the participants are offered language classes during the first month. At the end of this intensive language course, they normally receive a diploma issue by the school according to the level they gained.
